This piece has personal meaning for me on so many levels. But, I will keep it short to respect my reader's attention span. My husband left me after 20 years of marriage, 1 week after my 60th birthday and 3 months before Christmas. I discovered he was having an affair. Seems everyone is having an affair. So sad. Is there no moral compass guiding people anymore? I am a Christian and after practicing yoga for several years consider myself a Christian Buddhist. I was given this lovely piece by my oldest sister for Christmas. Both she and God know that after being a gardener for 20 years, I'm going back to school to get my horticulture certification. I'm staring my own business to teach others about sustainable gardening and the benefits of plants and nature on mental health. This piece is the encouragement to keep me going that I needed for 2023. It will be out for me and all to see all year long and not just for Christmas time.
