My wife had been talking several times over the years about wanting the Willow Tree Nativity figurine set with baby Jesus, Joseph and Mary. She already had received the three wise men and one shepherdess figurine as gifts over the years and was hoping to complete the set. Hearing her mention it recently, it was time to search online and this is what brought me to the Home Treasures site. Not only was it the only one I found that was in Canada so didn't have to worry about crossborder costs, delays and exchange rates...but it was one of only a couple in North America that actually showed the Nativity collection in stock. I able to easily and quickly complete the online order and, from that point, the communication and order status updates from Home Treasures was outstanding. I honestly thought that I was going to get a reply "Sorry, that item is no longer available" or that it would take weeks to arrive. But it was on my porch in just a couple weeks and well ahead of Christmas. Along with a nice little "thank you" note inside to continue with the personal touch that Home Treasures showed throughout the full ordering process. I appreciate the fantastic service that was provided. And I especially appreciate the surprise and the smile when the rest of the nativity scene was all in place on Christmas morning 2021.
